Aleksandra started her musical education in Warsaw, Poland. Having won the III International Chopin Competition in Budapeszt at the age of 16, she was given an opportunity to perform extensively in France, Poland and Hungary. In 2010 Aleksandra received a scholarship to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London with prof. Christopher Elton for her undergraduate studies, and she is now working on her postgraduate degree with prof. Hamish Milne. Since she moved to UK, she has played recitals, chamber music and concerto performances in halls such as Anvil Basingstoke, Bedford Corn Exchange, Drapers Hall, Dukes Hall at the Academy and many more. Aleksandra regularly works with singers on both song and opera repertoire; her collaboration with Damian Ganclarski resulted in her becoming a winner of the prestigious Brenda Webb Accompanist Prize in association with the Richard Lewis Award 2014 whereas the cellist Alberto Casadei was her duo partner in the winning performance of the Wilfrid Parry Brahms prize. In the summer 2017, invited by Rodney Friend, she joined the Cambridge Strings Academy as a guest pianist. In addition to her Academy chamber music professors Michael Dussek and Ian Brown, she took advice on ensemble playing from Ferenc Rados, Maxim Vengerov, Thomas Steinhoffel, Adrian Brendle, Simon Crawford-Phillips, Michael Beroff, Geyorgy Pauk, Jahmes Ehnes and many others.
