I studied piano with John Bingham at Trinity College of Music, and with Norman Beedie at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I also studied accompaniment with David Newbold at Trinity College.
As a freelance accompanist I work with a wide range of soloists, both vocal and instrumental.
I am the official accompanist at Blackheath Music Festival, and accompany Kent County Youth Orchestra auditions.
I play at Bird College for ballet classes, theatre classes and auditions.
I have excellent sight reading skills, and regularly accompany recitals, auditions and diplomas at London music colleges. Improvisation and jazz accompaniment is also one of my strengths.
I have worked in popular music for several years, as a cabaret accompanist, both solo and in bands; as musical director and as solo cocktail pianist (international 5 star hotels and cruise lines). I was one of the resident pianists at the Ritz hotel in London for 8 years.
