Chris King is a Pianist/Keyboardist, Accompanist, Arranger, Musical Director and Conductor based in Sydney, Australia. A versatile musician, he has extensive experience playing across several musical genres including musical theatre, cabaret, vocal and instrumental exam accompaniment, piano bars, tribute shows, pop/rock bands, big bands, jazz combos and film/television.
Chris is currently the Associate Musical Director on the Australian production of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.

Chris also has extensive experience creating arrangements/charts and orchestrations spanning several musical genres. Recent work in this area includes creating all the charts for Phil Scott’s and Catherine Alcorn’s brand new show 30 Something.

Chris is a casual tutor/vocal coach/accompanist at NIDA and has worked in a similar capacity for the Australian Institute of Music, ED5 International, the Talent Development Project, the Sydney Eisteddfod and the NSW Schools Spectacular.
