Classically trained freelance pianist & flautist, graduate of the Guildhall School of Music London, 30 years + experience in the UK music industry. ex examiner and BBC radio symphony orchestra soloist /orchestral player.

I accompany singers and other instrumentalists for weddings, special events and concerts. I also lend support to vocal and instrumental candidates for examinations /auditions & can be hired to play piano for occasional dance classes, choral societies, weddings, funerals, festivals and shows.

I can provide a top of the range Yamaha digital portable keyboard if required but am happy to play digital or acoustic pianos and organs at venues. However I need access to the instrument beforehand (and they must have a full keyboard of 88 full size, fully touch sensitive keys and be tuned at concert pitch - and of course - be in good working order!)

In the past I've worked as an official accompanist for Kent University. the Faversham Choral Society, Broadstairs Schools of Dancing, the original Canterbury branch of Dance Warehouse, Perry Court Steiner school eurythmy classes, Grantham Arts Centre & for Nottingham, Kent and Lincolnshire Music Festivals.

Qualifications: MA (distinction), AGSM (commendation), LRAM (performance), LTCL (teaching), Piano, Violin & Flute - Grade 8 distinction, ABRSM Theory Grade 8 Distinction, A Level Music (A), Advanced Diploma in Education (distinction).
