I am a freelance pianist from Yorkshire with over 25 years experience. I have worked with many singers, instrumentalists and chamber groups since graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff with distinction - A.C.W.C.M.D.
I am versatile and flexible with excellent sight-reading skills and can step in to as an accompanist at very short notice. Competitions and diploma/ examination accompanying is something I feel very passionate about and am able to adapt to whatever situation is thrown at me.
I play all kinds of repertoire and am also an experienced choir accompanist.
During my postgraduate studies I won a piano recitalist prize - The Julian Jacobson Recitalist Award; and was awarded a bursary to further my studies as a chamber musician and piano accompanist by extending my studies by a further year.
I work well with everyone and always feel a huge degree of satisfaction at the end of a performance.
