I have over 40 years experience of playing, originally in pubs but progressing to hotels and clubs. Over the years, I have spent quite a lot of time as repetiteur for amateur theatre groups and am currently rehearsal pianist for a local 40-strong mixed choir (and accompany at their concerts). I sight-read well and also play freely without music.
Lucky to be alive after three cancers, I spend a lot of time promoting my royalty-free musical "Below Stairs" that raises money for Cancer Research UK. It's had 14 productions since its 2002 premiere and has been well reviewed each time. The website is www.belowstairsshow.com.
