Involved in many aspects of accompanying, including amateur choir and local amateur dramatics (musical shows), as well as being a church organist. Also do occasional solo work.
Work very closely with soloists as well as "part-bashing" for chorus work.
Strong sight-reading capabilities.
Have been "the orchestra" for light music, shows and serious choral works (standards such as masses, requiems, cantatas and oratorios), but also worked with orchestras and smaller ensembles from time to time.
Put together tailored rehearsal CDs to cover any absence and for home practice for cast members.
Experience of a wide variety of musical styles.

Fees

£ 25.00 Pounds Per Hour
Most of my work to date has been purely as an amateur, or for very modest fees affordable by those I have worked with. The fee above would be for professional or semi-professional engagements.
For church services (weddings etc.) a fee of between £40 and £55 per service is normal, depending on the church itself.
