I majored in piano performance at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and have extensive experience collaborating with instrumentalists, vocalists, and choirs. I've performed the orchestral reduction of several concertos, many sonatas and chamber works, popular tunes, etc.
I also teach piano privately (to all ages) and worked as a pianist and instructor at NCCU and UNC-CH, for 4 years each. I'm a very strong sight-reader.
The accordion is another instrument I play, and I'd welcome inquiries about accordion collaboration.
Fees
I offer a slight sliding scale depending on your income (but not when there's short notice). Fees depend on my own practice time (I sight-read very well), travel time, how many hours in rehearsals, lessons, etc.
