I will be receiving my bachelor’s degree in music performance in May from Ripon College. I have taken 14 years of piano, and have studied organ since the fall of 2008. Although I have not taken any formal classes in collaborative piano, I have had much coaching and experience in this field. I have been an accompanist for student musicians on violin, cello, viola, voice, trombone, flute, double bass, and clarinet. I have been a church choir accompanist from August 2008 – present. I have been a rehearsal and performance accompanist for Harand Musical Theatre Camp (Evanston, Illinios) where I rehearsed for such shows as Peter Pan, Guys and Dolls, Bye Bye Birdie, and Pippin. I played for the performance of Guys and Dolls, as well as for their variety show (June-August 2009). I was the rehearsal and performance accompanist for Ripon Middle School’s musical theatre productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Spring 2007), Wizard of Oz (Spring 2008), Guys and Dolls (Spring 2009), and Beauty and the Beast (Spring 2010). I was an accompanist for Ripon College’s Collegium Musicum (Spring 2008, Fall 2009). I was a pianist in the Green Lake Festival of Music Chamber Music Camp, Ripon College and Green Lake, WI (Summer 2007). I was a pianist in the pit orchestra for the Ripon College performance of Wonderful Town Fall 2006). Finally, I have been hired by Interlochen Arts Camp for the summer of 2010 as a collaborative pianist for their intermediate (7-9th graders) musical theatre program. I am fluent in Spanish, and I am currently studying French.
