Hello, and welcome! Are you in need of an accompanist for your lessons, juries or recitals? Are you making an audition recording? Perhaps you are an adult who took piano for a few years as a child and have always yearned to learn more. Maybe your child has been asking for lessons. Or maybe you just know they need some.
I'm a music faculty member at Metro State University in Denver and fill my extra time with freelance accompanying, coaching and piano teaching for all ages. I have a Master's in Accompanying and Chamber Music from Eastman School of music, and since then have gained ten years of experience in vocal and instrumental coaching and performance, piano instruction for adults and children, working as a rehearsal pianist for a number of opera productions, and founding and running a Chicago-based music non-profit.
I've been told that I'm easy to work with, patient and kind, love what I do, and am musically sensitive to the varied musicians and students I work with. If you peruse my website, www.annebreeden.com, you'll find a number of satisfied customers.
I look forward to working with you in whatever world of music you inhabit!
