I play the piano but am not an accompanist. I write to share my experience in using Michael Sherman as a piano tuner. The man who represented himself as a piano tuner was the worst I ever used. He overcharged me, failed to tune my piano properly, and made no effort to correct the problem or refund my money. I would never use him again!
