Hello! Im Cherita and have been playing music all my life, literally, but I started playing piano in high school for our jazz band, and was the only person who could read the music really well. I taught myself how to play as a youngster, but followed my moms footsteps accompanying different choirs in the south suburban school districts in Chicago. I was the district accompanist for over 10 years, playing a wide variety of music. I love a challenge, and my last boss did just that, challenged me with difficult arrangements of songs, which in turn increased my gift. I also accompanied the district solo ensemble competitions, some of which I had to play for over 50 individual students in 1 day! Whew! I absolutely LOVE what I do, and am looking for other opportunities to share my gift. :)

If I need to travel to a rehearsal spot, the fee is $75.
