Pianist Da-Hee Kim earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree (DMA - PhD equivalent) in Piano Performance at the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University under the tutelage of Boris Slutsky after completing the Diplôme de Formation Supérieur (Bachelor + Master integrated degree) in Piano, Piano Accompaniment, and Composition - Writing at Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, France. She also earned Meisterklassendiplom at University of Performing Arts Munich in Elisso Virsaladze’s studio. Ms Kim has worked as an accompanist of the conducting class at F. Chopin Conservatoire in Paris, as an Accompanying Graduate Assistant at the Peabody Conservatory. As an educator, she teaches piano to pupils aged from 5 to 17 at the Piano School in Coventry, and as a performer, she regularly performs in solo and chamber music in Europe. Currently, Ms Kim is an Associate Cover Pianist at Royal Ballet School in Birmingham.
She has a broad repertoire of string sonatas, concertos, songs, and ballet accompaniment.
