Desmond is an accomplished organist and pianist. He is a recipient of the prestigious Healey Willan Prize for the revered FRCCO diploma and has performed in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

As a pianist, Mr. Gaspar is known for his ballet class "improv", sensitive vocal accompaniment, and prodigious memory. An innovator by nature, he thinks outside the box and creates a colourful ambiance in all of his ventures, inspiring excellence through leadership and creativity.
