I started accompaniment work as a pianist in the ballet class at 15 yo. Later on as a high school senior I started working with high school and community theater groups as a rehearsal and performance accompanist. Some of the musicals I've worked on are Once Upon A Mattress, Bye Bye Birdie, West Side Story, and Crazy For You. I have extensive experience as a student accompanying classmates at University of the Pacific where I studied Business Management and Piano Performance. I also accompanied church choirs and soloists at churches in my area and have served as a church pianist and keys player. I recently left a position where I accompanied a local middle school choir for almost 8 years. Other local middle schools and high schools have hired me for performances, as well as individual students who attended these schools. Several rather talented colleagues from UOP have contacted me to accompany their students or themselves in their own students' recitals.
