Currently a trainee repetiteur at the National Opera Studio, I hold degrees from the Royal Northern College of Music and St.Petersburg State Conservatory.

I enjoy working on a wide range of repertory, and though operatic is my main professional interest I have always loved chamber music and am keen to work on it. Travelling and being part of many different institutions has provided me with extensive experience in accompanying classes, exams, recitals, competitions, auditions etc. I love composing/structuring concert and audition programs with my singers as well as discovering new rep.
Other/interesting skills include playing for ballet, some harpsichord and conducting, so don’t mind a little improvising if that’s what you need your accompanist to do! Being blessedly bilingual I’ve found it rather easy to achieve fluency in a foreign tongue and will happily help you with any Italian/Russian rep you’re struggling with.

Most recently I've worked with the British Youth Opera on a production of Jonathan Dove’s The Little Green Swallow, previous productions include L’elisir d’amore (repetiteur/keyboard in orchestra) and D.Shostakovich Paradise Moskow (repetiteur/piano in orchestra) at the RNCM, The Secret Marriage (repetiteur/harpsichord) with BYO a.o.
In 2010 I spent a year in Italy working with singers from Mirella Freni’s Academy and perfecting my Italian; most interesting recent project was working on a multimedia performance for the Manchester International Festival in 2013 with Cameron Carpenter and Peter Sellars.

I’m normally happy to travel within London, but for recitals or competitions will always negotiate more remote locations.

Fees

£ 25.00 Pounds Per Hour
This is regular coaching/rehearsal/lesson fee.
Recital/Audition/Exam fee will depend on length and level of program and will normally include up to two rehearsals.
Language coaching for Russian or Italian £20 pounds p/h
