I'm a classically trained pianist, but enjoy performing multiple genres, such as contemporary, classical, musical theatre, and improv. I also compose and arrange pieces, especially for church programs, competitions, and other venues. I haven't personally competed recently, but up until a few years ago enjoyed winning many awards in various local, state and national competitions. Most recently, in addition to performance and composition, I enjoy using music as a method of therapy for children with special needs, which I find incredibly rewarding and fun.
