Hello! My name is Erin. I have been playing piano for a little over 20 years now and earned a Bachelor of Arts in music, music composition concentration from Columbia College Chicago in 2014. I taught piano lessons to students of all ages, backgrounds and levels of experience for about 7 years. Additionally, I have experience performing in several solo piano performances as well as in duets, bands and ensembles. My piano accompanist experience includes accompanying choirs, solo vocalists and a student musical at Columbia college in the spring of 2014. I am classically trained, but have studied various other genres of music including, but not limited to, popular, jazz, ragtime, music from films, and show tunes. I am proficient with sightreading, scales, and chords. I can read notated music extremely well, and also have some experience reading leadsheets and chord charts.
