Over 40 years of experience as an accompanist. I have regularly accompanied hundreds of soloists and choirs over the years at the high school and junior high level, as well as, professional soloists and college level music majors. I worked at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, Texas for 8 years as the full-time staff accompanist for the choir. I have been a church organist since age 11 and am currently the staff pianist/keyboard player for my church, Stonebridge Church in The Woodlands, Texas for the past 11 years. I am skilled not only in piano but in organ and keyboard and a variety of genres, including classical, choral, jazz, contemporary praise and worship, southern gospel and black/urban gospel. In addition, I teach private piano lessons and am a producer with my own recording/project studio.

Fees

$ 60.00 Dollars Per Hour
My standard hourly fee for a rehearsal is $60. This does not include travel expenses. If it is for a number of student solos for a school or district wide event, then my fee will be based on the class rating of the solo and include 2 rehearsals plus the performance for each student. For choral accompaniment work, it will depend on the number of pieces, difficulty and rehearsals/performances. Since I own a recording studio, I am also able to make practice tracks (CD's or MP3's) for any of my clients (additional charge will apply unless included as part of the contract).
