I have, over many years, acted as accompanist to many notable singers in the North East of England including a lady from English National Opera now resident in the area. Also as accompanist on behalf of a number of music teachers in the area and thereby to several instrumentalists for the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music examinations. This up to Grade 8 standard and also on 2/3 occasions for pupils auditioning for entrance to the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
I have been accompanist for a number of Operatic Societies and prominent Male Voice Choirs in the North East. Currently I am Musical Director for the Sunderland Symphony 'Music For All' Chorus having previously being the accompanist until the death of the then M.D. in 2009.
Additionally, I have been a Church Organist for many years and familiar with Wedding music requirements. I also enjoy lighter music and am Restaurant Pianist at a major Hotel in the area.
My fees are reasonable and negotiable.
