Gretchen Ratke is a registered accompanist with both the Royal Academy of Dance as well as the Cecchetti Society of Canada. She plays all Grades and Vocational levels for classes and exams, and accompanies provincial workshops and teacher training syllabus classes.

Gretchen has written original ballet music for Cecchetti Standards levels Primary through 6 that is used at several ballet schools throughout the lower mainland. She also composes original music for solo and group choreography.

She has moved from Vancouver to the Okanagan Valley and is currently accompanying ballet classes and exams in Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon, and Salmon Arm.
