I am a classically trained pianist with extensive experience accompanying professional and university level ensembles, as well as professional vocalists and instrumentalists. I have a Masters in Piano Performance and a Ph.D. professor, taught at the university level for many years. I started accompanying for solo and ensemble when I was in junior high school, playing the most advanced music very early on so I was a bit of a prodigy I suppose you might say! I am an excellent sight reader and can pull together a polished performance with little notice. I have even prepared complete professional recitals with little or no rehearsal time. Not ideal, but it can be done! Those who have worked with me say I'm the best of the best. An accompanist can make the difference in your performance, taking it from rote note playing to artistic musicianship that moves audiences. Hire the best.
