I am a classical pianist by training who enjoys playing the piano solo and within an ensemble setting. I studied piano performance under the tutelage of Henoch Kristianto in Indonesia and Timothy Ku in Singapore and completed dipABRSM in Piano Performance with distinction under the latter. Currently, I am pursuing an LRSM in Piano Performance.

I have extensive experience of piano ensemble playing under the banner of NUS Piano Ensemble. I performed piano duet and duo works regularly and my repertoire ranges from the classical to the 20th century and beyond. Performing in an ensemble taught me important skills such as listening to achieve balance and to communicate with non verbal queues, both of which are important in accompaniment roles.

Lastly, I have the experience accompanying voice, violin and viola exam and audition candidates, many of whom achieved excellent results. I have also accompanied secondary school and JC choirs (I used to be part of those choirs as well!).

If you are in need of an accompanist for your examination or audition, I am open for hire. I do enjoy every opportunity to meet and work with musicians.
