I have a B.Mus in piano performance from Stellenbosch University, a teacher's diploma (University of Cape Town), and a Trinity Performance Licentiate with Distinction. I am an excellent sight reader and able to learn new repertoire rapidly. Apart from over 20 years of piano teaching and playing experience, I have collaborated with many instrumentalists and choirs at school and tertiary level in examinations, Eisteddfods and other performances. I play solo piano or in a duo as background for events, parties and weddings.
I enjoy collaborating with musicians from a variety of musical backgrounds, including classical chamber music as well as more contemporary styles and jazz, and also compose my own vocal and piano pieces.

Fees

R 375.00 South African Rand Per Hour
I find it helpful to give a quote for an examination or project that would include 2 or 3 rehearsals plus the performance. This is negotiable depending on the scope of what is required for any given occasion and/or the budget available.
