I am a pianist from Jakarta, Indonesia and currently teaching in Kuhmo Music Institute (Kuhmon Musiikkiopisto). I finished my Masters of Music degree from Sibelius Academy, and Bachelor of Music from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

As a musician, I have wide musical interests. During my bachelor’s studies I enrolled in a joint route, majoring composition alongside piano performance. As a composer, he had his music performed by major ensembles, such as by the Hebrides Ensemble. He also became interested in music technology during his master’s years, and his output as an electroacoustic musician include acousmatic pieces as well as installations. He also had experiences in accompanying, directing, and church music. As a pianist, he has received lessons and masterclasses from various teachers, including renowned pedagogues Boris Berman and Matti Raekallio. His piano competition successes include Grand Prix in Moscow’s 8th International Competition of Musicians-Performers, as well as the fifth place in Zagreb’s 28th International Competition ’Young Virtuoso’.

As an accompanist, I have years of experiences playing for ensembles, singers, instrumentalists and church congregations, to mention a few. My most recent professional engagements include serving the post of pianist/organist of Lenzie Union Parish Church in Scotland, where my duties include providing music for liturgical needs as well as occasionally leading and accompanying choir rehearsals. I was also serving as the rehearsal pianist for Clyde Opera Group's 2019 production of J. Strauss' Die Fledermaus. My extensive experiences working with both amateurs and professionals in various settings has enabled me to gain versatility and employ different approaches to suit individual needs.
