John Stephens is a well established Organist, Pianist, Conductor and Teacher, based in East Norfolk. His experience is varied and includes teaching undergraduate conducting, aural training, analysis and counterpoint courses, as well as performing and conducting. He leads workshops and conducts church choirs, choral societies and orchestras. As a Musical Director, John has worked in the USA, France and Kenya. He accompanies ISTD & RAD Ballet Examinations and instrumentalists/vocalists for performances or exams.

John is Director of Music for the Inspiration Trust. He holds a Master of Music degree in Conducting, a BA(Hons) degree in Music and the Licentiate of Trinity College London diploma twice over, as a pianist and organist, having passed both with distinction.

Fees

When accompanying for instrumental/vocal examinations, help with aural tests and sight-reading is included within the rehearsal sessions.

Fees for ballet examinations are usually calculated by the day, rather than the hour, and is more cost effective than booking a single hour - please contact me for more details.
