Justin Brown is a 2017 graduate of Westminster Choir College, Cum Laude, in Princeton, NJ. There, he received a Bachelor of Music in Piano. Justin resides in Franklin Township in Somerset County, N.J.
Music is Justin’s passion. He started playing the piano at age 9. He plays all styles of music including classical, pop, jazz, and gospel. He enjoys improvising. He has composed many pieces, including My Love Is Never Forgotten and recently Stormy Seas. He has performed multiple times with the Westminster Choirs and a Concerto Concert with The Westminster Community Orchestra. He was awarded the 2019 Somerset County Cultural and Heritage Commission's Excellence in the Arts Award. He also played with the Bernards Ensemble at the Arc Angel Gala in Bridgewater, NJ.
Justin has held various jobs, including a theatre accompanist at the Somerset County Vo-tech in Bridgewater, NJ. (Nov. 2013), a church musician at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Hillsborough, NJ. (Sept. 2015-present) Second Calvary Baptist Church (September 2019-present) in Hopewell, NJ, The Arc of Mercer County (June 2018-Febuary 2020), the Arc of Somerset County (Nov. 2018-March 2023), and he is currently a piano teacher at Music Notes Academy in East Brunswick, NJ. He also enjoyed sharing his gift of music at the Atrium Senior Living of Princeton, New Jersey (Sept 2018-April 2019). He actively continues to volunteer his services in the community. Presently, Justin enjoys sharing his gift of music by teaching special needs children the piano.
