I am a college senior, about one semester away from graduation with an associate's degree in Music Performance as well as a bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies with emphases in Music and English. I have studied the piano since I was a small child and have performed in numerous recitals and festivals around the valley, including the prestigious Honor's Recital given by the Utah Federation of Music Clubs. I was the first pianist in four years to earn a 75 point gold cup, which represents 11 years of top scores at the Utah Federation of Music Clubs festivals. I have experience accompanying violinists, other pianists, vocalists, cellists, and a large jazz band. During one of my first semesters at college, I taught piano lessons to a faculty member. Sight reading is a strength. Because of my experiences accompanying musicians, sight reading, and performing all genres of music, whether baroque, romantic, contemporary, jazz, swing, calypso, modern, etc., I am more than happy to assist you in all types of performances.
