Ken is the pianist for the Suzuki String School of Guelph, Ontario. He is a regular accompanist at competitions such as the OMFA Provincial Finals, workshops, Suzuki summer Institutes in Montreal and Waterloo, RCM exams, and local festivals. While a professional concert performer, Ken enjoys working with students (including youngsters) and treats their performances with professional care.
Ken has a strong knowledge of violin and cello repertoire. He is also a very experienced piano collaborator for choirs and has often been the pianist for mass choir concerts. His studio is fully equipped to make audio and MIDI accompaniment/piano tracks for students and professionals, and he has professional video and audio recording equipment.
He is the founder/director of Guelph Musicfest, an annual concert series in the Guelph Youth Music Centre Recital Hall. Ken performs chamber music, recitals, and solos with orchestra.
