I have a Bachelor of Music in piano performance from Biola Conservatory of Music, where I was a conservatory accompanist for vocal and instrumental music majors.
Although piano is my primary instrument, I studied violin for 8 years, playing with the Metropolitan Youth Symphony, Portland Festival Symphony, and studio chamber groups. I love string music, and was the accompanist for a violin studios recitals, WMTA festivals and auditions, Solo & Ensemble competitions.
I also enjoy playing with choirs. I have accompanied children’s, youth, and adult choirs for many years, and played piano for high school musical productions of “My Fair Lady” and “Thoroughly Modern Millie.”
I have taught private piano lessons for 25 years. I am available for all your accompanying needs, including solo performances and competitions, studio recitals, chamber groups and ensembles.
