Linzi was accepted to piano solo program in New York University in 2021. For the sake of growing the ability of playing and desire of making great art, Linzi had been studied piano solo music extensively with pianist Jeffrey Swann in New York City since then. These years, Linzi nourishes through repertoires and concentrates herself on music making. With confidence of styles, interpretation in classical music.
As a collaborative pianist, Linzi gains experiences from prestigious music institutions
from where immersed fully with rigorous collaborating, coaching, competitions,
juries, performances. Her principal collaborative piano professors are Jean
Barr, Andrew Harley, Alan Smith, Xiaoyan Xia.
Linzi was placed 3rd in the Vandoren Emerging Artists Competition collaborated
with clarinetist Mike Miller; played for the final round in Friends of Eastman Opera
with baritone David Fournie; fourth price of the Changjiang River Piano Competition
in Yichang, China; was rewarded the Gold Medal in Category 13 Musica Sacra of the
World Choir Games–the Champions Competition; was rewarded the Gold Medal in
Category 21 Folklore of the World Choir Games–the Champions Competition; was
rewarded the Gold Medal in Category 10 Female Choirs of the World Choir Games;
was rewarded the title “Champion of the World Choir Games” in Category 10
Female Choirs of the World Choir Games - the Champions Competition; was
nominated in Shanghai “Qin Dong Pujiang” Piano Competition; was rewarded with
a silver prize in the female solo category of Hong Kong International Choir
Competition; was rewarded as the champion in the fifth German Brahms Choir
Festival in Wernigerode, Germany; attended with full scholarship to summer program Songfest.
