Mark is a Musical Director, accompanist and musician from Liverpool. Mark graduated with a Music degree from the University of Liverpool in 2016, and has since established himself as a musician throughout the city. During university, Mark become conductor of the University Orchestra, and President of the Music Society.
Since graduating, Mark has been the resident Musical Director for What We Did Next, who have produced shows such as Pippin, Assassins, Into the Woods,Guys and Dolls and Be More Chill. Mark has also performed in pit bands for Legally Blonde and Chicago, and been the Associate Musical Director for the recent production of Once On This Island at the Southwalk Playhouse in London.
Mark has been a ballet accompanist at The Hammond school since 2018, and performed for RAD exams and other ballet performances.
Holding various cocktail residencies in hotels around the city, Mark is also a proficient jazz performer and regular function player. Mark also recently performed at the Knutsford Music Festival as part of a duo of classical performances.
Mark has also appeared on Channel 4's 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and accompanied Jason Manford on Radio 5 Live. A competent accompanist, Mark has also accompanied many singers and instrumentalists for diplomas, exams and recitals.
