Massimiliano Turchi was born in Forlì in 1992.
From an early age he showed a strong interest in music and in particular the
piano.
After years of study in his hometown he entered the “B. Maderna” Conservatory in Cesena under the guidance of Luigi Tanganelli where he graduated in 2011 with full marks and honors.
He then studied at the Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest with Lazlo Baranyay and graduated brilliantly from the Master in Piano Performance at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Frank van de Laar.

He won multiple awards in prestigious competitions including: Shanghai International Young Piano Competition, "Andrea Baldi" International Piano Competition, Lyons European Music Competition, "Città di Riccione" National Competition, "Città di Castiglion Fiorentino" International Piano Competition, Competition International "Premio Clivis", Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition, International Competition "Luigi Zanuccoli", International Competition "City of Treviso", National Competition "Calcit" of Arezzo, National Piano Competition "G.Rospigliosi", National Competition "J.S.Bach ”In Sestri Levante, National Piano Competition" Città di Bucchianico ".

During his career he has performed throughout Italy and abroad, also concentrating largely on Chamber Music.
In fact, he has played in various ensembles all over Europe and also in China, always enjoying great success. Among them he performed the Schumann quintet in Hungary and performed in duo with the violinist Marta Bratkovic at the Liszt Ferenc Kameraterem Concert Hall.
He has perfected himself with masters of the highest level, including: Maurizio Baglini, Alexander Lonquich, Roberto Prosseda, Alan Walker, Robert Levine, Hakon Autsbo, Frank Peters, John Rink, Naum Grubert, Pavel Gililov, Pascal Nemirovski and others.

Currently he is studying Chamber Music in the Advanced Specialization Course of the Santa Cecilia Academy with Maestro Carlo Fabiano in the formation of the TulipDuo, with which he has won several international competitions.
He also won the audition for chamber music groups at the Accademia Dei Cameristi in Bari for the 2022/2023 season.

Winner of scholarships at the Conservatory, Massimiliano has always carried out Accompaniment activities with various instruments and singers, and has been an accompanist for Auditions, Competitions, Masterclasses and International Festivals. He also currently holds the role of accompanist of the “J. Tomadini ”in Udine and is called throughout Italy as a Master Collaborator and Official Pianist.
