PETER YARDLEY-JONES is currently Director of Music & Organist at the Swiss Church in Covent Garden. He graduated with a first-class honours degree in music from the University of Glasgow in June 2010. From 2006-2008 he was University Organ Scholar, playing for services in the historic Memorial Chapel and in 2008 he was appointed Assistant Organist at St Marys Episcopal Cathedral, Glasgow.
Widely respected as a performer, Peter was awarded the Muriel Thorne Hague Memorial Prize, by the University of Glasgow for achieving the greatest distinction in performance and in 2005 won first prize in the nationwide Geoffrey Spiers Organ Competition.
He has accompanied many singers, performers and choirs in all styles of music from Opera to jazz to Musical Theatre.
