Petr Novák was born in 1974.
He studied Piano at Pilsen Conservatoire and at the Prague Academy of Music with Emil Leichner /MA/ and at Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Leipzig with Ulrich Urban.
He took part at number of master classes headed by Nelly Acopian Tamarina, Vladimir Krainev, Eugene Indjic, Paul Gulda
In 2001 he started to teach at the Pilsen Musical School and in 2003 at the Pilsen Conservatoire.
With his sister Jana /violinist/ he has appeared at the Wigmore Hall in London, BridgeWater Hall in Manchester, Festival the Prague Spring and numerous other venues.
