As a pianist I learned about playing an instrument. As an accompanist I learned about making music. I look forward to making music with you!
Since 2010, I have accompanied for the Los Angeles Philharmonic for auditions, rehearsals, and performances on a contractual basis for both singers and instrumentalists. Other organizations with whom I have worked as an accompanist and rehearsal pianist are the LA Opera, The Industry Opera Company, Beth Morrison Projects (NY), the Brooklyn Art Song Society, as well as numerous other companies, schools, studios, and individual musical artists.
I have held accompanying/collaborative piano fellowships at the Tanglewood Music Center (MA), SongFest @ Colburn (CA), and the New Music on the Point Summer Festival (VT).
It has been one my specialities to perform as a classical vocal and instrumental accompanist since 2007. I have amassed a substantial repertoire of songs, arias, and pieces in styles ranging from Baroque to Contemporary and all styles of Musical Theater. I have experience in rock/jazz styles, and have coached singers from all walks of life and professional levels.

Fees
$ 65.00 Dollars Per Hour
I work on what could be termed a sliding scale, which I like to negotiate with my various colleagues and clients on a case-by-case basis. Some of the factors which determine the fee may be whether the client is an individual or an organization/institution, whether or not the music is in standard repertoire for its particular style/idiom, what the scope of the rehearsal(s)/performance(s) may be, and what sort of travel/commuting needs to be done.
