Serenity recently graduated from the Wheaton College Conservatory (December, 2013) with a Bachelor's in Music Performance. She serves as President and accompanist for the Concert Choir, and was previously the accompanist for Women's Chorale. She helped to head up the Senior Music Ministry and co-founded Conversations that Matter in her junior year. As a sophomore, she was the winner of the piano division of the Wheaton College Concerto Competition, and went on to receive the Ben Heppner Prize.
Serenity is experienced in accompaniment of vocalists, instrumentalists, and choirs, and is working towards becoming a vocal coach. With a special interest in languages, she has a working knowledge of German, Italian, and Latin, native proficiency in Cantonese Chinese, and limited working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with plans to study French in the near future.
Serenity is available for vocal, choral, and instrumental accompaniment, chamber music, solo piano entertainment, beginner's piano lessons, and church service playing.
