Additional Info:

I am a long time musician currently running my own Studio and studying (always!) as well. I have many years and experience in playing, accompanying, performing and teaching. I have played everything from special venues, programs, receptions, weddings and front band work when I was younger with such folks as Dallas Holmes and Barry McGuire.
Trained young with John Thompson (the infamous Red Books!), I also had and still have a very strong ear. Not being 'allowed' in those days, I honed the skills separately and did quite well in either venue. This has been my strength when accompanying or even singing lead in a band. Composition, improv and playing from the heart lend a real uniqueness to anyone's playing and I love it. By the book or on my own, I love playing those ivories. I have done much singing (trusting my playing ability over anthers--one less thing to worry about!) as well--but I would prefer that be secondary at this point unless it is in minimal and/or perfect circumstances....

Fees

At this point, my fees are variable and negotiable as every event is unique in terms of how much work goes into it. I do not work for free nor am I chintzy with practice--if there is anywhere in my life that I lean towards OCD, it's my music. I will freely discuss as well as entertain offers.
