Trissina Rose Kear has a degree in Vocal Performance from NAU and has been involved in many capacities in her ten years in Los Angeles. Trissina has been the paid accompanist at Chapman University, Manhattan Beach Middle School, and Village Christian School. She played/sang as the Director of Worship at Sherman Oaks Presbyterian for many years and now is a main sub for churches throughout California. Trissina has also played for several different choirs including subbing for the Santa Barbara Choral Society. She has been a cantor at Catholic churches, a part of the Los Angeles Choral Artists, section leader for West Coast Chorale, and sang, accompanied and sub directed with Namaste Women’s Choir for over five years.

Her main classical piano feature on an album was on the Kurt Weil Project with singer A.J. Teshin and she recently recorded a 4-hand piano CD of Fauré's Dolly Suite with pianist Fang-Ning Lim. Trissina has also been a guest artist on many songwriter albums from folk to rock on piano and backup vocals. After discovering a love for teaching, she successfully launched her own piano/vocal studio called Trissina Rose Studios in students homes from Burbank to Sherman Oaks.

In 2015 Trissina started a piano tracks business for singers. She has been providing the immediate ability to rehearse with a piano part customized to fit their needs and emphasizing melody. This businesshas taken off quickly and been helpful in prepping singers from learning choral parts to preparing for auditions on Broadway. www.trissinarose.com

In 2016 Trissina released a piano instrumental solo worship CD of favorite hymns and arrangers. The physical copy is now available in her CD store and on Amazon.

Trissina can run through music with you to prepare for auditions or shows or just for vocal upkeep. Strength is sight-reading on the spot. Trissina does not transpose pieces so please come prepared with the appropriate music keys.

Upon request, she can also mark up an audition score so any pianist that plays for an audition can clearly follow exactly what the singer is expecting to have happen in the audition.
