Li Chun Chung, Victor, is a trainee of Music Therapist at University of the West of England (UWE) and previously studied towards a Bachelor of Art in Music (major in composition and music production) in Hong Kong Baptist University.
He started learning piano at the age of seven and got a ATCL(recital) qualification in 2007 and AMusTCL in 2009. Also Li won the Hong Kong School Music Festival in solo piano in 2001 and 2006. Beside piano and theory, Li learns trombone and was a trombonist in Hong Kong Baptist University Symphonic Orchestra and also an arranger in Hong Kong Wind Ensemble.
Li is an experienced accompanist since obtaining a BA degree. He used to accompany his classmates and professional musicians in many circumstances like jury examinations, performance and any kinds of live show. Also, he is a skilled piano and ear-training teacher and work for many schools and charity groups when the age of 18.
Li also shows his wide interest of music in his arrangement. Li had collaborated with many artists for example pop singer Mr. Peco Chui Wai Yin, local flutist Ms. Ivy Chuang and tuba player Cheung Ying Hung. Li is also invited for arranging different types of music including Japanese anime theme and local and Chinese drama theme. Beside pop music, Li had arranged much classical music. More recent works include Li Huan-zhi Spring Festival Overture, Holst the Planets Mars, Prokofiev Peter and the Wolf and Purcell the Young persons guide to Orchestra.
