Was raised musically from age 3 with classical singer/pianist parents, proficient at piano and trumpet, in both classical and jazz. Attended Chetham's School of Music, Manchester, from age 11-16, studying 1st instrument piano with Bernard Roberts and Murray McLachlan, receiving Michael Abraham Award for 'Best Sight Reading' twice. Also studied harpsichord, trumpet and composition. Hold grade 8 in piano, trumpet, theory, and practical musicianship. Am an experienced accompanist with both singers and instrumentalists, having accompanied for many singers including Mary Lloyd Davies and Rhys Meirion. Also received bursary for 'Most Promising Accompanist' in Caernarvon, 2009. Good sight reading skills, ability to transpose, read from chords and figured bass etc. Familiar with a broad range of repertoire including Opera, Lieder, Jazz and musical Theatre: but by no means limited to. Currently working towards Bmus Degree.
