Hello everyone! My name is Yi Ming. I have completed a Bachelor of Music Performance degree( Classical Piano and Classical Voice) at the Australian Conservatorium of Music(AICM), now known as Academy of Performing Arts(AMPA).

For many years, I have worked with various musicians, including classical vocalists, trombone player, violinist, classical guitarist, contemporary bands and also other pianists and keyboardist in various music scenes. These includes accompanying for exams, recitals, performances and functions. I would love to provide you with my services, including productive rehearsal sessions and professional advice to improve performances with a reasonable price.

My recent performances include accompanying a student of Penrith High School perform in the main concert hall of Sydney Opera House as part of the Festival Of Instrumental Music(24-27 June 2024). I've also been doing quite a lot of HSC exam accompaniments in high schools including Fort Street and Cheltenham Girls' High School.

Negotiations and arrangements are totally flexible, and I would accommodate your needs as a musician, as I should be accompanying you by feeling what you feel, as well as flowing with you as one in your emotions.

Fees

$ 85.00 Australian Dollars Per Hour
AMEB exams preliminary to Grade 5-$85/h
AMEB exams Grade 5 to Grade 8 - $90/h
HSC examination-$90/h
Diploma exam( LMus, AMus, CMus)-$95/h
Concerts or gigs-$100/h (to be paid on the concert day)
Conservatorium/professional/ eisteddfod-$80/h

*You will be charged a full hourly rate on the day of your AMEB exam, HSC performances and eisteddfod performances. That means if you are charged $85/hour for rehearsals, you need to pay $85 for the exam day. Additional costs apply if required to travel for more than one hour.

Accompaniment enquiries are entertained on a first come first serve basis, and rehearsals are by appointment only, as I have a very busy schedule thank you!
