Hello!
My name is Rebekka. I am a pianist who has been a collaborative pianist for over 20 years. I have a Russian background and left because of the war (my mother is Ukrainian). My last position in Russia was as a répétiteur at the Mariinsky Theatre (Saint-Petersburg) and a resident pianist at Teodor Currentzis's conducting masterclass (Diaghilev Festival, Perm, 2021).
I worked as an accompanist at the Tchaikovsky Competition (2019) and at the Ildar Abdrazakov Young Singers Festival (2016-2021).
Throughout my life, I have always played with someone. As a conservatory student, I worked in the horn, trombone, and cello classes. I have a postgraduate degree in chamber performance. I completed the course with the Tchaikovsky Trio for violin, cello, and piano, and Franck's Sonata for violin and piano.
I have strong sight-reading skills, can play and improvise by ear, and feel comfortable in an ensemble.
I have my own musical convictions, but I believe that a musical ensemble is a conversation between two interesting people, and I am always eager to hear another point of view. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you.
