Yufen Chou

Yufen Chou is an accompanist and music educator (piano & violin) of more than 15 years experience working with soloists, chamber ensembles and chorus groups for coaching, rehearsal, audition, and performance. Yufen is experienced in accompanying opera and musical theatre rehearsals. She also plays for all sorts of events such as weddings and parties.

Other than accompanying and performing, Yufen runs a home studio teaching piano and violin. She is also adjunct piano instructor in Trinity Washington University and Prince George's Community College.

Yufen got her DMA in Vocal Accompanying from Catholic University of America and MM in Piano Performance from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Fees

Rehearsal: $50 per hour in my studio; $60 per hour in your location
Recital and other performance: $100 per hour
Music lessons: $80 - $100 per hour; depends on the location
